STRUCTURE OF OUR CLASS:
-Each week you’ll have a week to watch the video lesson(s) and material

***IMPORTANT: After the phone call, the previous weeks’ material will NO LONGER BE ACCESSIBLE so make sure you watch the lesson(s) by the week deadline (each Thursday evening).  This is because we want to make sure you don’t fall behind and you’ll be able to still have accountability phone calls with your power partner (it is unfair to have your partner waiting for you to catch up on class materials).  Do NOT ask for an extension as no exceptions will be granted.  Make sure to go through the week’s module ASAP, as you never know when an audition or booking will come through that will interrupt your schedule, so watch them as soon as you are able.***

*Each lesson will contain a homePLAY assignment that if you complete before 7PM on the Wednesday evening before out Thursday Q&A & feedback call, you can post your homePLAY on our private Facebook group to be considered for critique on our live call.

-Live calls weekly on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30PM PST to answer questions and to receive feedback/critiques of homePLAY exercises

*After watching the week’s lesson, feel free to post any and all questions you have on the Facebook group and I may also cover it in the call

*As a reminder, calls are being recorded for playback purposes and to be integrated into a home study course (part of the waiver you signed while registering for the course)

If you miss a live phone call and want to get the playback to catch up:
-If you have to miss a live call, you’ll have a week to listen to the call replay that will be posted the following week’s lesson page online. Do not wait to listen to the call playback or you will fall behind on watching that week’s lesson.  Ex. On week 4’s lesson page, you will find the new material/lesson for week 4 PLUS the week 3 Q&A/Feedback call replay.

Have a question in-between class or want feedback?
During the course of the virtual program, you’ll be a member of our private online community in order to ask and answer questions.  If you have a question about the previous class’s information, make sure to post a question on private online community.  That way the entire class can benefit from your question and the answer.   If you think you know the answer, help a fellow classmate out and comment with your answer.  Remember, be a go-GIVER (rather than a go-getter) and you will get plenty in return J

I am extremely active on the board and YOU GUYS become my priority during our time together.  That means I get back to your questions on the community page MUCH quicker than I respond to my emails.   So, do NOT email your questions, but rather post on the private Facebook group page.

FOR FEEDBACK: You will have until 7PM the night before our live calls to post any material we are covering that week on our Facebook page for the opportunity to receive feedback on our live call.  The earlier you watch the videos, the earlier you can complete your homePLAY and post on our Facebook group.  Priority goes to those who post sooner rather than later.  I’ll pick an eclectic mix of students’ work to critique during our phone calls to provide the most well-rounded insight for everyone.

I’ve had many students that, because they were committed to the homePLAY (not homeWORK) assignments each week and open to using the strategies, they already started forming major connections and even BOOKED while still IN the course.  You will be paired with a Power Partner that I feel would be a great match for you.  You will be required to do 2-3 15-minute calls with them every week in order to go over class materials, provide one another with feedback, and support one another.  If you do not think you can commit to this, let me know ASAP and I won’t pair you with someone.  If you are paired with someone, you must be response to communication from your partner (within 24 hours).

Some communication won’t be via email but will be via our private Facebook group, so you MUST join our online community.  Also, in between classes, you’ll have your power partner (explanation in class 1) and also the PRIVATE, exclusive online community to ask and answer questions.  In order to have your homePLAY assignments considered for critique, you must post it on the Facebook group by 7PM on Wednesday night the night before our Thursday live call.
